Challenge

When 921 Roofing came on board, their website was struggling to gain traction. They had been undersold on digital marketing, leading to low conversions, minimal visibility in search results, and almost no website traffic. The business needed not just traffic, but qualified leads in a highly competitive local market.

Approach

I took a meticulous approach to the site’s SEO foundation. Starting with a deep dive into their Search Console data, I identified indexing issues, under-optimized pages, and missed keyword opportunities. From there, I:

  • Improved on-page SEO by refining meta tags, headers, and keyword structure.

  • Enhanced site architecture to make content more crawlable and user-friendly.

  • Optimized local SEO elements, including business listings and service-area targeting.

  • Created a content strategy aligned with high-intent roofing search queries in the Dallas market.

Results

The graph above (from Google Search Console) shows the progression: impressions (purple) and clicks (blue) were nearly flat in early April. After the SEO improvements, impressions rose steadily through the summer, with clicks following closely — proof of both higher visibility and better relevance to searchers. By September, the site was attracting consistent traffic and qualified leads, turning what was once an invisible website into a reliable pipeline for new business.

Takeaway

This project highlights my ability to spot overlooked opportunities, apply precise SEO strategy, and transform underperforming campaigns into growth engines.
