Case Study: 921 Roofing — Dallas, TX
The site started with low traffic and few conversions. I audited and rebuilt on-page/local SEO (meta, headers, crawlability, IA, Dallas service areas, high-intent content). As shown in Search Console, impressions and clicks climbed steadily through summer into fall, turning a barely-visible site into a consistent source of qualified leads.

While reviewing Google Ads, I dug into impression share and flagged that competition was consistently appearing in our auctions. Explaining the competitive pressure helped the client see the gap — they expanded into Facebook with strong creative (video + drone) to defend and grow their presence. My analysis and guidance drove the strategic shift.
Mint Professional Cleaning - Columbia, MO
Seasonality dragged down their $400 Google Ads campaign as impression share slipped and competition gained ground. I recommended a 50% budget increase to keep them competitive. The shift raised impression share from ~30% to 57.5%, doubled conversions (8 → 16–20), and cut CPC nearly in half ($10.89 → $5.94).
